Okay today was my first day of 30ds and of my healthyier lifestyle and im already wanting a biscuit but i can feel the sweat dripping off me which i see as a good sign :)
ive decided to do the 30ds shread in the morning before i eat hoping that it will wake my matabilism up.
Ill attatch my before pictures up later when i have done all my measurements :)
If anyone else has some good workout method holla at me, sick of paying for my gym memberhip afte a year of going and not really loosing the weight i wanted.
